  • Manage IT operations for a multi-site agricultural company, covering infrastructure, end-user support, security, and vendor coordination across headquarters, remote offices, and ranch sites.
  • Built and maintain "Main Street Toolkit," a Python automation suite that saves about 50 hours of manual work each month across 8 workflows, with over 1,000 runs to date.
  • Work with our managed service provider on Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Duo MFA changes, directing user access, scoping server migrations, and troubleshooting domain controller and DNS issues.
  • Built and cabled server racks for a new office, diagnosed network outages across multiple sites with cable testers, and replaced failing server hardware on site.
  • Manage user access and configuration in Google Workspace, maintain Proofpoint email filtering, and investigate security alerts such as suspicious logins and phishing.

A home lab running Proxmox across multiple nodes, hosting Linux and Docker containers for apps, automation, and file storage, with a Raspberry Pi gateway for remote access. Services are secured with SSL certificates behind an Nginx reverse proxy on a personal domain, with automated backups and uptime monitoring.
